Remedial Massage.
A combination of massage, movements and stretching to treat the many common musculo-skeletal complaints such as a troublesome lower back, neck, and shoulders, and chronic conditions like arthritis.
Indian Head Massage.
The massage concentrates on the head, neck, shoulders and arms. Softening the skull muscles helps to ease anxiety and tension that many people experience in their busy modern lives.
On-site Massage.
A seated massage can be provided at a community event organized by a charity organization or Council. Members of the public can feel the benefit of tension relief and a feeling of relaxation within a short time.
Ayumi Horsfall gained her qualifications in Remedial Massage at the Northern Institute of Massage in Bury. She is a member of NAMMT (National Association of Massage and Manipulative Therapists) and has a practice in Rochdale.

Ayumi’s Approach.
The initial consultation is the most important part of her treatment. Treatment plans are adapted to every patient’s needs and goals. Ayumi aims to explore the spine and any pelvic distortions in order to find the root cause of the discomfort people can experience. This treatment is based on an Holistic approach (the belief that the whole person/body must be treated, not just a specific part of their body). Ayumi monitors every improvement and treats patient with consideration and in a friendly, polite manner typical of her Japanese heritage.
