On site Massage

Onsite Remedial Seated Massage can be the simplest form of regaining a feeling of well-being.  It can also be one of the quickest ways of experiencing the benefits of massage therapy.  Research conducted by the Touch Research Institute at The University of Miami has shown that, adults who have had chair massage for 15 minutes, two times in a week, for a five week period, display a brain wave that performs just as in a relaxing state, increasing frontal delta activity. They also discovered that it increased the speed and accuracy of mathematic skills. At the end of five weeks, recorded levels of depression and job stress were also markedly lower.

A lot of people experience improvements in their mood immediately after a massage; it can also reduce anxiety and depression. It promotes better sleep at night.

These are some of the positive effects that can come from massage because massage does the following;

·         Increases the blood flow into muscles, and so elevates the supply of nutrition to the muscles themselves and the joints they work;

·         It helps to eliminate accumulated muscles waste; and

·         Helps with muscular pains and aches.

Onsite Remedial Seated Massage concentrates on the neck, shoulders, and arms, usually over clothing and applies stretches to the muscles and joints whilst you are sitting on your chair. It lasts for about 15 minutes and is appropriate in various situations. For example;

·         At a work place;

·         Friends and community groups; and

·         Community events.

If man thinks about his physical or mental state he usually discovers that he is ill.
